Service challenges:Here at Magnolia Salon we strive to make the client our number one concern. We always try to make every clients service great. However, in those cases when a client is not satisfied with their service we would like to help the client reach their goals in anyway we can. Our services are guaranteed for 7 days from the service date. Our guarantee is void if the client goes to another salon and has a service on their hair or does any chemical treatments to the hair before we see them within the seven days (7). The individual case and how the challenge will be handled is at Magnolia Salon’s discretion.
Bridal Parties: We require a non refundable 10% deposit for the full amount of the services for parties of 3 or more to reserve your appointment
Parties of 5 or more will have a 18% gratuity added to the total. The gratuity is not included in the deposit amount. This policy is subject to change according to the discretion of the manager.
Extension policies: If we need to order your extensions we require 50% deposit of the cost of the extensions and tax before we can place the order
At Magnolia salon we always try to offer our clients the best experience possible. We ask that our clients arrive promptly and check in at the front desk. To ensure that each of our valued customers time is respected we ask that you wait until it is your appointment time to begin your consultation.
We are always keeping up on our education to bring you the most up to date and current techniques. Sometimes that means we need close for a day. If we happen to have a class scheduled for our stylists on a business day we will have a sign out two weeks prior to the class and it will be posted on social media.
If for any reason you must cancel an appointment we ask that you call us 24 hours prior to your service.
